Boards of Directors


Almost all residential, commercial property owners and residents in The Woodlands are members of one of three local community associations.

The Woodlands Community Association, Inc. is the community association for residents and property owners in the villages of Grogan's Mill, Panther Creek, Cochran's Crossing and Indian Springs (east of Falconwing Drive). The nonprofit association, established by the Covenants of The Woodlands, makes available to residents many of the services necessary to live, work, relax and grow in The Woodlands.

The Woodlands Community Association is governed by a board of directors, which has final authority for budget, financial and policy issues. The Covenants allow for the board to be made up of a combination of community-elected individuals and individuals appointed by The Woodlands Operating Company, L.P. The staff of Community Associations of The Woodlands, Texas, handles day-to-day operations for the association.

The Woodlands Community Association meets monthly, and association members are encouraged to attend. Please call Community Associations of The Woodlands, Texas, office for specific meeting times and locations, or check our calendar.

The Woodlands Commercial Owners Association, Inc. is an association which serves commercial and residential owners in the Town Center, College Park and Research Forest areas of The Woodlands. The Woodlands Commercial Owners Association is governed by a board of directors, which has final authority for budget, financial and policy issues. The staff of Community Associations of The Woodlands, Texas, handles day-to-day operations for the association. Meetings are open to association members.

The Lake Woodlands Property Owners Association serves residents and owners living around Lake Woodlands.
